How to take them

Start low and go slow

Start with half a tab. Wait ninety minutes before you decide anything.

Onset is slow. Give it a full 90 minutes before you consider taking more. Taking a second serving too early is the most common mistake first-timers make. Effects vary from person to person depending on tolerance, body weight, and whether you have eaten.

That wait is not a formality. Nearly every difficult experience anyone reports starts with deciding nothing is happening at the forty-minute mark and taking more. Take less than you think you need, give it the full ninety minutes, and adjust next time rather than tonight.

How long do Silly Dots take to kick in?

Allow ninety minutes before you judge it. Onset is slow and varies with what you have eaten, how hydrated you are and your own tolerance. Do not take a second tab inside that window. If nothing has happened after ninety minutes, note it and adjust your next serving rather than adding to this one.

What is the difference between Mega, Hero and Super Dose?

Strength per tab, and nothing else. Mega Dose is 1200mg, Hero Dose is 1800mg and Super Dose is 2400mg. Same tab format, same three-tab pack. Start at Mega Dose and move up only once you know how the lower tier sits with you.
