So much energy. So happy.

I’m 55 I’ve done mushrooms in all forms real mushrooms, gummies, chocolate bars , tea you name it I’ve done them. I’m very aware that they can mess with your breathing because I have asthma so I always have my inhaler near incase I’ve had to use it before but nothing scary until these and it’s probably because I chewed them instead of swollen but no where on the box did it say to chew or swallow or not to chew it definitely should come with a warning do not chew bc within 30 seconds of chewing one I felt my throat closing and it was getting very hard to breathe it was scary I got my inhaler hit it twice still couldn’t breathe started to get my keys to go to the ER when I hit my inhaler 4 more times I finally could breathe a little not good but could feel my throat opening and then I got watery mouth and felt like I was going to throw up but it passed I didn’t feel so good and my stomach was upset that 20 minutes later I had to use the bathroom and let’s just say I spent a lot of time in the bathroom that day into the next day it was horrible so I only want to warn people DO NOT CHEW them it definitely messes with your breathing more then the usual to a dangerous degree I’m sure if you just swollen it’s a pleasant experience I will not be trying again unfortunately due to this experience I’m to afraid it was a scary feeling that I do not want to ever experience again
