These things are an extremely useful tool, not exactly "fun" in the way most supplements are but these transcend that notion. With the right mindset these could potentially change your life in subtle but meaningful ways.

Now as far as the "swallow don't chew" recommendation goes: different strokes for different folks. With a small dose I like to chew for a sharper edge, but at higher doses chewing leads to noticeable nausea and really impacts the vibe.
